Where do I find my Kit ID?

Your Kit ID is printed on the barcode sticker on the side of your kit box. It starts with PA- followed by four numbers, for example PA-0000.

What happens next

Enter your Kit ID above. You'll get a confirmation email.

Collect and send

Follow the kit instructions to collect your pet's sample, then send it back.

Get your report

We'll email you when your sample arrives and again when your report is ready, in about a month.
